June Extended School (when applicable):
During the first two weeks of June, students of EJJR complete the curriculum of the grading period 5, review for final exams, and take all end of year testing. Non-EJJR students, transferring from other French schools, are welcome to join our students, to take the end of year testing for their respective grade level (for French & English subjects).

After Camp Care: 3:00 – 4:30 PM
Registration: Payment via check by March 1st
Testing includes:
(1) STAAR tests (State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness) for English subjects, starting Grade 3.
(2) French Ministry of Education Diagnostic Evaluations, starting Kindergarten level.
June Summer Camp
You can’t afford or can’t send your child to France for an immersion summer camp? Ecole Jean-Jacques Rousseau offers fully immersed summer programs without having to cross the Atlantic. Run by experienced and qualified Native Speakers and teachers known for their education, enthusiasm and experience, our summer camps are built on 50 years of experience of academic excellence and expertise in developing effective language immersion programs for all levels.
Our summer camps are divided into age-based group abilities, depending on the age and number of our enrolled campers. Camps are open to our students and to non-students of the program as we welcome beginners in preschool and kindergarten levels. Elementary students must have a previous French exposure. Summer camps activities are weekly based, and offer a wide range of summer camps including indoors and outdoors activities. Each summer camp week includes a combination of academic morning/afternoon classes and several morning/afternoon art based camp activities (Painting, Printing, Sculpting and Drawing).
Depending on the school year (please check with the school), other camp activities may be offered such as Violin, Cello, Tennis, Swimming, Rowing, Gastronomy, Construction, Robotics, Chess…

Preschool camp “Water in all its forms: Discover, Manipulate, Transform, Act on matter”. Camp is divided into two parts : French workshops around the theme of matter and water, and fun activities to strengthen the children’s language skills: collective cultural games, and obstacle courses.
Elementary/Middle School Camp: “Globetrotters”: students will learn about other countries and cultures through art projects, creative writing, and music. A chess camp will be combined to this Geography & Art camp, along with French collective cultural games and obstacle courses throughout the day. Two field trips will be planned during camp.
For EJJR Students: Camp activities will be combined with applicable testing the first two weeks.

Elementary / Middle School summer camp/ Full month: $1,150
Weekly summer camp cost: $350 (all levels).
After Camp Care: $50 per week.
For Non-EJJR students:
