Ecole Jean-Jacques Rousseau offers French Workshops during the week or on Saturdays. These French workshops, free of charge or at a very low cost, are offered to children age 3 and up, and directed by volunteers, native French parents and educators.

Children will enjoy our fun and fully immersive small French weekly workshops tailored to their age and abilities. Young students learn French through playful activities, while teens explore the language through thematic projects and real-world tasks that immerse them in French and francophone culture.

Plus, the whole family can learn French by attending our adult classes!

• Le coin des Histoires (French Story Time) – Free of charge
• Le Club d’Orthographe (French Spelling Club) – $10/session
• Les Cercles de Lecture (French Book Club) – $5/session
• La Chorale A Chœur Joie (French Singing Club) – $5/session
• Le théâtre des P’tits Loups – French Drama Club – $10/session
• La lanterne magique, le ciné-club pour enfants – French Movie Club – $5.00/session
• French Academic Classes for children age 7 and up. – $15/session

How to Enroll? No Application or Commitment (to the exemption of the Drama Club where the child must commit to the fall or spring session) – Attendance is per workshop – First Come First Serve

• Send name, date of birth, and a brief description/history of the French exposure of the child to info@frenchschoolofaustin.org. Email Subject: Activity/Workshop of interest.
• RSVP for each session on http://www.meetup.com/Austin-French-Social-Group/

(You must sign up on Meetup with a valid email address).

• Attend the workshop and pay per session before the session starts. All workshops are scheduled at Ecole Jean-Jacques Rousseau at 11607 North Lamar Blvd.
